The Laurel School Is Hiring for the 2026–27 School Year

The Laurel School is growing, and we are looking for talented, passionate educators to join our team for the 2026–27 school year. We currently have three open positions: a Lower Elementary Teacher (K–2), an Upper Elementary Teacher (3–5), and an Instructional Assistant (K–5).

At The Laurel School, every teacher is known by name, every child is seen as an individual, and every day is an opportunity to do something meaningful. We are a small, intentional community built on the belief that children deserve an education that is both deeply academic and deeply human.

If you are an educator who believes in intentional, inquiry-driven learning and wants to be part of something quietly remarkable, we would love to hear from you.
